一、我的教学目标jr4本库

1、 总体目标。激发学生学习英语的兴趣,树立自信心。在整个教学过程中,让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累,并形成正确人生观、价值观,有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力,积累学习方法。jr4本库

2.、具体目标。结合学生英语基础较差的实际,在教学刚开始的阶段,注意和初一知识的衔接,例如,复习积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型,熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则,掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后,能培养学生学习的兴趣,养成较好的学习习惯,对基础知识有一定的掌握。jr4本库

本班共有60人,学生聪明活泼、勤奋好学,但仍有少数学生对英语缺乏兴趣,虽然在七年级时有意识地培养他们的兴趣,取得了考试上的一些成绩,但综合学习能力,尤其是自主学习能力不是很高。jr4本库

由于社会在不停地发展,信息化和经济全球化性,使英语的重要性日益突出,在义务教育阶段中,英语教育也是一个重要组成部分,通过英语学习,激发学生的兴趣,掌握知识,提高口语水平和交际能力,同时又能磨砺意志,陶冶情操,拓宽视野,发展个性。在本学期的英语教学中,我要坚持以下理念的应用:jr4本库

1、要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神。jr4本库

2、整体设计目标,体现灵活开放,目标设计以学生技能,语言知识,情感态度,学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础。jr4本库

四、我对教材分析jr4本库

本学期我校使用2023年4月第一版,2023年6月第一次印刷的《仁爱版英语》,其上册有4个单元和12个话题以及2个复习单元,一共是6个单元,其中第2、第4单元后面分别设置了一个复习单元,与往年相比有新的语法和句式,总共490个单词包括50个短语,此书由北京市仁爱教育研究出版社依据《英语课程标准》编写,它起点低,循序渐进,方便学生培养英语学习兴趣,从而很快进入英语学习的状态,教材编排得非常好。jr4本库

本册教材内容的重点是语法归类,如:现在完成时、直接引语和间接引语、被动语态等,难点也是语法和基本句型,这些重难点都应通过在语言材料的学习中及时强化和总结,呈现图文并茂的教学内容,把语言学习和实际生活结合起来,增强学生的听说能力,并通过开展各种任务性活动,巩固所学的知识。鼓励学生通过思考、体验、参与、合作等方式来学习,增强学生独立思考的良好习惯以及口语表达和合作学习的能力。jr4本库

七、我本学期教学方法jr4本库

英语的教育教学方法很多,各有优、缺点,教师可以针对不同的情况采用不同的教学方法来加以弥补。针对我教的班级,本学期本人打算用下列方法对学生进行教育教学:jr4本库

1、Teach English in English.英语毕竟是一门语言,训练的是学生的听、说、读、写、译的综合能力,在教学的过程中需要对学生的听、说、读、写、译的能力进行很多的训练,这就要求我们用英语来教英语,在课堂上对学生进行各种能力的训练。jr4本库

2、Think English in English.用英语想,也就是用英语思考。学英语而不用英语思考,一定学不好。用英语思考就是在用英语进行表达和理解时,没有美国人思考的介入,或者说美国人思考的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、熟练的境界和标志。jr4本库

3、背诵和多种练习结合。实事求是的说,大量背诵课文与大量多种练习的结合,乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。jr4本库

4、合理利用课外资料,重点题要重点练习、重点讲解,做到主次分明,讲求实效。jr4本库

5、针对不同的教学内容采用不同的教学方法;。英语的内容较多,包括语音、词汇、语法、交际等等内容,如果对每一项内容都采用同样的方法来进行教育教学,那么即使是再好的学生也不可能学好,再好的教师也不可能教好。因而,针对不同的内容采用不同的教学方法是不可违背的。jr4本库

总之,利用教材形式多样的写作练习,既能培养学生的想象力,又能提高学生的写作技巧。并及时总结语法和日常用语,巩固所学语言知识,同时注重学生学习兴趣的培养,以不同方式限度的激发学生的学习动机。使学生对语言功能的认识,由感情上升到理性。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上,开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识,在教学的过程中让学生多看,多记,多总结,多背、多练说来丰厚英语知识,提高学生的语言技能。以达到巩固、掌握和运用的目的,最终形成语言技能。jr4本库

八年级上册英语共有十个单元,每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目和语法结构,以及需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用,还有SELFCHECK部分,学生可用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。本教材各个单元活灵活现,贴近生活实际。jr4本库

三、学生基本情况分析jr4本库

学生虽经一年的英语教学,对英语有了一定的领会,但在听说读写各个方面的基础仍有些薄弱,另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。有的同学不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习jr4本库

英语的目的在于交流,有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识,有些不敢开口,或者声音太小。通过初中一年的英语学习,很多学生已经能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事,能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息,总的来说,本班的英语具有挑战性,需要耗费不少的时间和精力。jr4本库

1、根据学生的特点以及英语学习的规律,采用有效的教学手段和教学方法。创设生动活泼的语境,让学生运用所学语言开展活动。jr4本库

2、本学期要着重注意培养学生良好的学习习惯,以保证课堂大容量、高密度、快节奏训练的展开,还要注重培养学生的自学能力,指导及鼓励他们多使用工具书。jr4本库

3、从学生实际出发,充分发挥学生的主体作用,进一步加强对学生的学法指导。jr4本库

4、充分利用直观教具和现代化的教学手段,注重现代技术与学科之间的整合,多设计教学情景,以练为主的原则,抓好基础训练,注重培养学生直接用英语表达思想的能力,扩大课堂容量,提高课堂效率。jr4本库

5、认真钻研教材,掌握每单元的教学目的和要求,正确地把握教材的重点和难点,根据的学生年龄特点及班级的实际情况,精心设计教学程序,选择适当的教学方法,认真备课。jr4本库

4、实施“一帮一”活动,让成绩好的同学带动差生,同时亦监督差生每天的作业完成情况和背诵情况。jr4本库

5、建立英语学习小组,并以小组为单位开展各种活动。同时,整合家长的力量,让家长在周末期间监督学生听磁带、读课文。jr4本库

6、通过听、说、读、写等形式,进行大量的语言操练和练习。jr4本库

7、每天利用固定时间进行阅读训练,使学生能尽快掌握阅读技巧,培养阅读兴趣,从整体上提高学生掌握语言知识的能力。jr4本库

8、以上几条,坚持每天落实,由组长负责,老师抽查,对于完成较好的组给予鼓励表扬。同时,对不同层次的学生要求也相应的不同,能让其渐渐对英语产生兴趣,慢慢加大要求。尤其是对后进生,每天的任务不是太重,及时完成就立即表扬。jr4本库

1、在英语教学过程,应注意教养学生综合运用英语的能力。在培养学生阅读能力的同时,注意加强听、说技能的训练。能过听、说、读、写技能的综合训练,促进学生综合运用英语的能力。逐步具有运用英语进行交际的能力。jr4本库

2、在设计教学活动的过程中,教师应考虑活动目标明确、简洁,活动形式避免单一,注意广度和深度。jr4本库
