We sat down next to each other, but David wouldn’t look at me. Obviously, he was trying to hide his depression. Surprised at his awkward posture at first, the audiences soon realized his weakness and let out of a storm of cheers. I secretly followed him along the route. I saw sweats running down his cheers, along with a determined look that I was familiar with. For sure, he finished last. But in the last km, many kids, including his schoolmates and those I didn’t know, kept him company along the way. Tears welling up in my eyes, I couldn’t feel prouder of David. 高考英语高考作文评分标准
1.本题总分为25分，按5个档次给分。
2.评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡量，确定或调整档次，最后给分。
3.词数少于80和多于120的，从总分中减去2分。
4.评分时，应注意的主要内容为：内容要点、应用词汇和语法结构的数量和准确性、上下文的连贯性及语言的得体性。
5.拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面，评分时，应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。英、美拼写汉词汇用法均可接受。
高考英语作文注意事项
一：听天由命
三分天注定，七分靠打拼。考前一搏，临门一脚，很多时候还是能够扭转乾坤，改变命运的，不到最后一刻，绝不能轻言放弃。有一些有经验的高三教师会选择抓紧考前十几天的宝贵时间，鼓励学生背几十篇高考常见话题和热点话题的优秀段落。
二：忽视内涵
高考毕竟是一次国家考试，关乎社会的公平和正义，关系千千万万年轻人的前途，要注重文章内容，其次才是形式。
三：本末倒置
多积累好词好句好段，在写作过程中尝试着使用，这样一来，不仅可以减少写作错误，还可以灵活运用优秀的词句，增加文章的可读性，减少机械化的重复工作。
四：缺乏规划
在高考前，做一个系统的规划，安排好自己的写作计划，多关注时事热点。做到有条理的去解决问题。
五：平时宽松，高考匆忙
高考时，学生会花多少时间去写一篇作文呢?统计结果往往令我们大吃一惊，绝大多数学生的作文时间都在15分钟之内，更有甚者，几乎在几分钟内草草了事。这样的作文质量肯定是不可以的，要合理安排自己的答题时间，预留出15-20之间来写作文，不要纠结前面不太会的题目，要着重考虑作文的分数。
